o   Green on all BSA Operations Reviews
o   RevPAR Index Score of 120 for CY, 115 for FIS, 122 for RI, and no declines in RevPAR Index vs. 2014
o   YOY ESRevPAR growth of 10% or more for RI

o   Highest Scores in the Staff Service Metric from Guest Satisfaction Survey

Marriott Rewards Elite Appreciation (CY, RI)
o   Highest Scores in the Elite Rewards Member Appreciation Metric from Guest Satisfaction Survey

Problem Incidence
o   Lowest Scores in the Experienced a Problem (% Yes) Metric from Guest Satisfaction Survey

Share Shifter
o   Most Improved year over year in RevPAR Index and meets RevPAR Index minimum of 115 for FIS

Breakfast Service
o   Highest Scores in the Breakfast Service Metric from Guest Satisfaction Survey

RI Mix
o   Highest Scores in the Evening Social Metric from Guest Satisfaction Survey
 
To be considered eligible, each hotel must have met the following criteria:

  • ​Open by January 1, 2015
  • Open by January 1, 2014 for improvement awards
  • Open between September 2014 and October 2015 with the same GM in position for opening hotel of the year award
  • Are not a Red Zone hotel and have not received a Red BSA Audit Review
  • Guest Tracking awards are based on survey data from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015
