TMI Hospitality Receives Two Prestigious Marriott Awards
FARGO, N.D. (December 15, 2015) — On December 10, 2015, TMI Hospitality received two prestigious awards at the Marriott CONNECT Conference: Partnership Circle and Guest Satisfaction Excellence. TMI’s Chief Executive Officer Lauris Molbert and Executive Vice President Doug Dobmeier attended the conference and accepted the awards on TMI’s behalf.
The Partnership Circle is the highest honor Marriott presents to its franchise partners for hospitality excellence. The award recognizes companies that embody Marriott's vision, share a mutual long-term commitment, fully embrace Marriott's brand initiatives, focus on associates to create a well-managed and engaged workforce, invest in hotel product, and provide outstanding customer service as measured through Marriott's guest satisfaction surveys. Winning the Partnership Circle award is a reflection of Marriott’s appreciation that TMI embodies the spirit of Marriott International’s philosophy of “Take Care of the Associate and the Associate will take care of the Guest.” This is the second year in a row that TMI has been recognized as a Partnership Circle Award Winner.
The Guest Satisfaction Excellence award was given for exceeding Marriott’s standards in guest satisfaction at all 23 TMI Residence Inn by Marriott hotel properties. TMI’s Residence Inn portfolio led the brand in terms of guest satisfaction for the Residence Inn brand.
