  • Handles and resolves employee issues
  • Conducts annual wage scale surveys and ensures employee wages follow wage and salary guidelines
  • Adheres to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures
  • Ensures bank deposits are made daily, including weekends and holidays
  • Ensures employee paperwork, work schedules and payroll are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Audits daily reports and processes monthly paperwork
  • Orders supplies and equipment as needed and in accordance to company procedures
  • Available 24/7 with reliable transportation

  • Conducts joint sales calls with sales managers of focus properties and properties down in revenue goals
  • Ensures action items are followed up with and implements direction given by Area Director or Regional Sales Manager following focus property visits or weekly review calls
  • Directs the sales and strategy efforts by following quarterly action plans at focus properties and properties down in revenue goals
  • Assists the Area Director and Regional Sales Manager as needed with property level sales and marketing efforts
  • Prepares and sends weekly sales reports to Area Directors and Regional Sales Manager
  • Communicates weekly with Area Directors to discuss property level action items
